Country Expert Reports

Our country expert reports are distinguished by the following features

• Reports are written by those who have studied both law and an aspect of Islam, Muslims and/or area of the Middle East in order to produce the most rigorous level of expert analysis for lawyers and judges

• Primary and classical sources in Arabic and Farsi are used in addition to current country and case guidance

• References are made to current immigration and human rights law as well policies of the UK Home Office

• Consideration is given to legal aid budgets, deadlines and any need for amendments
